Godspeed provides logistics and transportation services including but not limited to:

• Transit warehousing and cross-border logistics
• First mile and last mile delivery
• White glove delivery and on-site installation
• Storage and warehousing solutions
• Fulfilment services
• Hub-to-hub transportation
• Household and office relocation
• Customs permit declaration and freight coordination
• Zero-carbon and electric vehicle logistics solutions

Specific services, service levels, pricing, and timelines are governed by written quotations, service agreements, or job orders issued by Godspeed.


2. Use of Website

You agree not to use this website:

• For unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• To transmit malicious code or interfere with website operations
• To collect data without authorisation
• To misrepresent identity or affiliation

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access if misuse is detected.


3. Quotations and Contracts

All quotations are non-binding unless expressly stated and subject to:

• Final scope confirmation
• Availability of resources
• Fuel, regulatory, customs, and operational conditions

A binding contract is formed only upon written confirmation by Godspeed.


4. Customer Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete shipment information
• Ensure goods are properly packed unless packing is contracted to Godspeed
• Declare hazardous, fragile, high-value, or restricted items in advance
• Comply with all applicable customs, import, export, and regulatory requirements
• Ensure lawful ownership and right to transport goods

Godspeed reserves the right to refuse or suspend services if inaccurate, unsafe, or unlawful information is provided.


5. Prohibited and Restricted Goods

Unless expressly agreed in writing, Godspeed does not transport:

• Dangerous or hazardous goods
• Illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items
• Perishable goods requiring specialised cold-chain handling
• Live animals
• Cash, precious stones, or controlled substances

Any undeclared restricted items discovered may result in immediate termination of service and reporting to authorities where required.


6. Pricing, Payment, and Charges

Unless otherwise agreed:

• All charges are exclusive of GST
• Invoices are payable within the stated credit term
• Additional charges may apply for waiting time, re-delivery, customs delays, special handling, or incorrect declarations
• Late payments may incur administrative fees and interest

Godspeed reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.


7. Delivery, Timelines, and Force Majeure

Delivery timelines are estimates only. Godspeed is not liable for delays caused by:

• Customs clearance
• Weather conditions
• Traffic incidents
• Port or airline disruptions
• Regulatory actions
• Acts of God, pandemics, strikes, or emergencies

Such events shall not constitute breach of contract.


8. Liability and Risk

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Goods are transported at the customer’s risk
• Godspeed’s liability is limited to direct loss caused solely by proven negligence
• Godspeed is not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses
• Godspeed is not responsible for inherent defects, inadequate packaging, or undisclosed risks

Customers are strongly advised to obtain appropriate cargo or transit insurance.


9. Storage and Warehousing

For storage services:

• Goods are stored at the customer’s risk unless insured
• Storage fees apply based on agreed duration and space
• Godspeed may dispose of or auction uncollected goods after reasonable notice to recover outstanding charges


10. White Glove, Installation, and Relocation Services

For installation, assembly, and relocation services:

• Customers must ensure site readiness and access
• Godspeed is not responsible for structural defects, pre-existing damage, or third-party installations
• Customers must disclose fragile, high-value, or custom items in advance

Godspeed reserves the right to refuse unsafe installation conditions.


11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, images, text, and branding are the property of Godspeed Logistics Pte. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written consent.


12. Data Protection

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012.


13. Termination

Godspeed may suspend or terminate services without liability if:

• Terms are breached
• Payments are overdue
• Illegal or unsafe activities are detected
• Regulatory risks arise


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
